Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All merchandise sold by KingofMadisonAvenue.org come from the finest Italian manufacturers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control. At King of Madison Avenue, your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not happy with your product for any reason and require a return or exchange authorization, please read and follow one of the procedures below within 7 days of receipt of your package. Please note we cannot accept any returns or exchanges past the 7-day receipt time frame.

Return Instructions:
1) Email us at info@kingofmadisonavenue.org to request a Return Authorization Form.
2) You will be instructed on how to return your item and will be provided with your RAN (return authorization number) by the next working day.
3) Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return.
4) Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (15) fifteen days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (such as USPS, FedEx or UPS), as we are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be subject a 15% restocking fee. You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.
Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Exchange Instructions:
1) Select the items you like to exchange with from www.KingofMadisonAvenue.org
2) Email us for an Exchange Authorization Number, clearly stating the style number and color for the exchange item in the email.
3) Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return.
4) Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, w/ original dust bag/tags intact, send it back within (15) fifteen days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. 5) Once we receive your package, your card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped.
All exchanges will be charged a $10.00 handling fee and new shipping fees.
